This is a peer support group for people who are separated, in the process of a divorce, or newly divorced (two years or less). A video seminar featuring nationally recognized experts on divorce and recovery topics will be presented and then a group discussion will follow. Some of the topics include: "Facing My Anger", "Facing My Loneliness", "Depression", "New Relationships", "Kid Care" and "Forgiveness".

This group was created for the "Young at Heart" single women interested in building great friendships with other single women in their 40's and 50's. We will be dining out, going to movies, meeting for drinks, dancing, going to art museums and the theater, getting coffee, tea, and dessert, and a few road trips too - the possibilities are endless!!!!!

This is a support group that will meet once a week. IAs a therapist, I will be facilitating the group. We will focus on the pain of separation and divorce and ways to lessen the impact. Special topics will include grief, anger, parenting, dating again, and others.

Interesting in putting together a group of absolute beginners that want to learn Ballroom Dancing. (Waltz, Foxtrot, Swing, Rumba, Cha Cha, Salsa, etc). Lessons will be put together in conjunction with Jersey Dance (www.jerseydance.com) The first couple of class nights are free. Classes will be in Monroe area. We wanted to start a yearly fund raiser for cancer research in honor of Bill Harrington Sr and also make it a fun day for people to get out and socialize on the Columbia Trail.  Exersize is one of the best ways to avoid cancer.
