Introduction
Hello! I have been running on and off for the past 12 years. I enjoy running very much & try to run on a regular basis to stay in shape. I completed the NYC Marathon in 2000 and many 5ks, 10ks, ½ marathons, 1/2 Ironman & some olympic triathlons.
