    If you haven't already prepared -please bring a non-dessert item as we have enough dessert items coming. Salads, vegetables, and fresh fruit are always in demand.

    After the circle besides food and socializing I will be answering your questions about shielding and protecting onself. Also will advise on guidelines for people that are impaths and seem to pick up everyone else's stuff.

      “ need a bigger location, with enough parking! But, the energy was good & connected with some more old friends & met some new people too! ”
    • “ The Reiki was, as always wonderful. The problem that occurred was with the neighbor(s) causing a problem with the parking, which included a much uneeded call to the local police. This appears to be a problem of "your neighbors hate you" rather than a problem with the group, as this is essentially a quiet social evening with a potluck supper included. (no issues with excessively loud music, noise from the guests, or other undesirable behavior). Rather the issue is that there are a large number of cars, as at any social gathering, and the neighbors apparantly have a problem with the hostess having guests at her residence. ”
    • “ I lost my beloved husband to cancer 2 1/2 months ago. Life is very precious. Life should be enjoyed fully. All the gripping that I heard! One that does meditation all the time, can mediate anywhere, anytime and thru what ever noise that goes on around them. Use the noise as part of the meditation rythym. I walk in a meditative state of mind all the time. If I loose it, I just breathe in, breathe out. Visualization wil help one back into the state of meditation. I heard people shuffling around, coughing, microwave going, things being dropped and even had my toes stepped on! But, that did not bother me. I cracked my eyes and bought myself back into my meditative state. Thanks to Fred and Nora for organizing this event. It is great seeing you, Nora, again. And Fred, I hope that I will get to speak and know you at another meeting. I know that it is stressful at times to organize. Om Mary ”
