A very nasty applicant for our group insulted me personally because I asked them to complete the questionnaire, which was a requirement before I took it over. What do YOU all think? Should I drop the questionnaire and just require a photo? I was just being consistent, figuring if everyone did it, I shouldn't change the rules mid-stream....Let me know what you think.
